FINALS QUALIFICATIONS: Any horse being ridden by a member in good standing that meets the requirements of the horse’s/rider’s respective division and has competed in at least one BBRS event prior to the finals may compete at the finals. For the current year, nominated horses and/or riders must compete at 5 events to comply with the 40% rule for awards This number will be adjusted if an event is canceled due to weather or quarantine conditions.
On the reports listed below, an “X” in front of the division number identifies horses that have not been nominated. Remember BBRS earnings accrue as of the date the horse is nominated. Earnings prior to nomination do not count toward year end awards. Please read the Rules & Guidelines for detailed information.
The standings are audited on or around July 15 and again before the awards ceremony of the current year. Please advise the secretary, at any time, if you feel an error has been made. She will gladly verify questionable data.
